Hi there,

Just a friendly reminder that the business filing deadline is
coming up.

The date is March 17th, 2025 and applies to S-corps,
=E2=80=8B=E2=80=8BMulti-Member LLCs, and Partnerships. Single-Member LLCs a=
re due
just a few weeks later.

This is a great time to check that your books are in order since
an accurate P&L is needed for filing these types of returns.

If your books could use a cleanup, we would need to start by this
week so we have time to prepare the back office bookkeeping with
sufficient time to then prepare the tax.

If your books are ready, we must jump straight into tax
preparation. Please do not wait until March for this as most
accountants, including ourselves, normally are fully scheduled
for the season by mid-Feb.

Please reach out by Sunday in either case so we can plan together
accordingly.
